We work with your existing practice management software, such as SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, or others. No need to switch systems.

How much does it cost?
Our Basic Service Package is 3.5% of collected insurance payments. However, all new clients receive introductory pricing for the first six months. Optional patient invoicing services are available for an additional fee.

Will I stay in control of my billing?
Yes! You’ll have full access to your billing software at all times. We simply manage the claims, tracking, and follow-up behind the scenes.
